The proof tool is too simple. Most other platforms allow for staging of proof reviews. Allows only certain reviewers to review vs approve. My team has to create work arounds to manage different levels of reviewers such as posting a PDF then actually conducting the review there instead of Smartsheet because it doesn't provide what is needed to truly manage the proof review cycle. A year ago I was provided a demo of potential new features and heard nothing of if this will be released. Please solicit feedback from your customers to improve this tool that is lacking in functionality
