Workspace Report

Hello,

Each of my team members have separate workspaces for their individual project plans. They share their workspaces with me so i am able to create reports and review them if needed. I am looking for a way for report to automatically add any new workspace that is shared with me. Rather than manually going in and selecting the workspace.
