Workflow Request for Blank Fields

Hi I'm looking for some advice on workflows. I have quite a large sheet to manage with several project managers. When a project is completed I would like a workflow to be sent to the PM if any of the mandatory fields are blank for the project close out.

I've done a Request Update as a test, included conditions for each of the columns required if they are blank and then attached the specific fields which I have under conditions. Is there a way that when an update request is sent that it only shows up which of these fields is blank? So that if I have 30 fields which are mandatory to complete, but the PM has completed 27 of them, then it just shows the missing 3 fields on the update request? I'm worried that they might miss something if there's 30 fields for them to scroll down through on the request to find the blanks they've missed.
