Smartsheet changing colour and then not saving?
Hi,
So typically my menu on the left is black. Sometimes (Not every time) after filtering or searching it goes a blue, it gives the impression of full functionality. Lets you update cells and attachments etc.
However when you go out of that sheet and then back in it does not show the updates?
EG I use the search to find a row, it takes me to that row but going blue on the left, I do changes, click save.
Change sheet for something else, then go back to the earlier sheet. No changes have been done or saved!

Thanks for that, it helped me diagnose that I was editing a sheet in a back up copy rather than the working set, I will discuss with the providers of the back up add on.
