Notifying Users of form due to complete without Email
Hello,
I am using Smartsheet to build forms for our plant operators to complete. We have weekly, monthly annual tasks forms to complete. I know how to build out the frequency but is there a way to notify a group of plant operators who utilize the same tablet to complete forms that they have a form to complete for the month on the tablet within Smartsheet as they do not access their email accounts?

@cnigbor You should be able to utilize the Alert someone workflow and use the email address tied to their Smartsheet login. This should put a red dot on the bell on the left hand side of the Smartsheet interface to let them know of a notification from SS.

I would recommend you utilize your own email address and test this.
