Are there automation reminder emails that go out if I have an update request and they still haven't filled it out? Let's say 1 week after it went out and they still haven't filled it out

    Yes there is, You can even use a reminder template that most of it set up. Ideally you need a date and contact column to do this but here is how it works.

    If with in " a specified date range", a column in the row is "blank", then send a update request to the "Contact Column Contact". Looks similar to the picture below.
