Repeating Data

I have a sheet that pulls information from a master sheet to keep track of dates. 3 columns are repeating data and have been for a few days now. Is there a problem with the formula? I have seen this happen before, but signing out and back in a day later, it usually fixes itself. This time, it has just shown the same value in every cell in these three columns.
