Why many free users get the message of Account blocked?

Hello,

I'm a Workspace admin in our company and several colleagues reached out to me saying they can't access the sheets anymore and share a screenshot saying:

"Your account has been blocked by your account Administrator. Please reach out to them for assistance."

Do you know how can this issue be solved?

If you haven’t already, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.

I received a very similar issue today also - unable to log-in with my main admin account after doing the trial. Unable to correct issue without creating a new work email (new license, and new account).
