populate row information from drop down selection on different page

New to smartsheet, teaching myself from scratch; pointers, helpful tips are greatly apricated.

I have a master list that collects all incoming RFQ's and data in row format

I have a cell that is a drop down menu

I am looking for a way to transfer pertinent info from that row to different pages based on the selection of the drop down box.

To actually transfer you can use a move automation. You can also use copy.

If you don't want to move/copy, but rather want a lookup reference, you can use index and collect, here is an example:

screen clips were probably needed to discern what I am trying to do with sheets, 1st picture is a clip of my master list that all incoming RFQ request information is input manually. when the PO/SDR selection is made from the drop down list we would like specific item like job#, description, and PRI cells to be copied to the detailing department list (which is the 2nd picture) along with any attachment for that row. thank you for any help anyone can give me.

You cannot do this with a formula if you want to also copy any attachment for that row

If you don't want to copy a row, could you achieve what you want with a report instead of a sheet?
