Notify someone on a different row

Hello,

We're using Control Center to automate the creation of marketing projects at the job level. The steps in the process aren't always in sequential order and we're using predecessors to indicate next steps.

We want to notify the next person responsible for a task when the prior task is complete. How would this be done if that person is in a different row that isn't always the next row?

Example:

A brochure design update that doesn't need copywriting.

Line 45: Submit to creative services

Lines 48-49 are about copywriting and we choose N/A

Line 50: Kickoff with graphic designer - how can a notification be sent to this person?
