Conditionally format Health Cell

Use Case: I created a PMO dashboard depicting a list of all active projects which includes R/A/G status for overall project health. I would like to be able to set up conditional formatting/automation to highlight the "health" cell (R/A/G) if the health has changed in the past 5 business days for a given project. With dozens of projects and many Project Managers, I have an automation to request they update health weekly. Would be good to call out to leadership when a project's health has updated in the last (X# days)- directly on the list of projects.

Conditional formatting won't let me highlight "Health" cell "if a change is made" "In the last X# days."

Automation won't let me change a cell to be highlighted if "Health" cell is changed in the last X# days.
