Forms - Previewing (validating) attachments before submitting the form

When users are utilizing a form, and they append an attachment to the form, can they preview or validate the attachment before they submit the form.

For example, on email after you attach a file, you're able to open the attachment to be certain that was the intended file to submit.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
