license problem

Hello my manager had to remove my license and someone else wants to add me under his license group. Meanwhile I'm still under my manager's group although she removed me completely from it. How do I proceed?

Hi Gab,
It sounds like potentially your license was removed, but you were kept as a Free, Active Member of that first plan.
Check in with the original System Admin and see if they fully removed you from the plan or just removed your license. Here's more information: Remove, delete, or deactivate users
