Are you able to change the third line down on a conversations email?

When someone is mentioned in conversations, is there a way to change the row it refers to (in this example: Row 40: Admin Lead QC - Prior to Technical QC) This is a task name I have added, but I am wondering if there is a way to change what column this feature picks up?

The feature is picking up the primary column. If you can change what you put in the column, you can change what will be picked up.

Hi @jmyzk_cloudsmart_jp, I cannot change what is in the primary I am afraid. Can I change what column is the primary column do you know?
