Hello, what is the best way to publish an SOP to appear like a Word Doc? the best I can put together is a Dashboard.

Without seeing your process or instructions I would suggest a Dashboard as well.
If you're on an Enterprise plan you could surface a Dashboard and Smartsheet items along with other pages (such as Google Docs) using Workapps.

Hello, On my sheet using the Status feature, is there a way to have the tasks marked completed removed from the sheet and stored elsewhere? I tried a couple different things but ended up with a report showing the tasks marked completed. I don't want it to copy over, but switch sheets all together.

Hi! I can change the names and e-mail addresses, but the initials are taken always as "first letter first name and first letter surname".
