Smart Sheet Updates Not Loading

Good morning!

I am currently having some trouble with my SmartSheet not saving after I make updates. For instance, after I update specific information on the form and refresh the page, the form/sheet reverts back to the information that was previously inputted.

What are my next steps in ensuring that my sheet updates/saves moving forward?

Can you clarify exactly what's happening? It would be helpful to see screen captures (but please block out sensitive data).

If you're adding information to a sheet through a Form, check to see if the rows you're adding are showing up at the bottom of the sheet. Rows can only enter information into fully new rows that have never housed data before. Here's more information: Specify where new submissions should appear on the sheet

If you're refreshing before saving the sheet, your data won't be saved. You can set up your auto-save preferences in Account > Personal Settings > Settings. See: Adjust your personal account settings
