How to get rid of this message - "You don't have access to this workspace."
Everytime I log into smartsheet, I am confronted with this message. "You don't have access to this workspace. The workspace may have been removed or unshared." I must then separately click on Home or Browse in order to see my data. Apparently, I was previously associated with a workspace for which I was not the owner, and which has been removed. I don't want or need access to that workspace, nor do I even know what it is. It's not showing up anywhere in my lists. How do I get rid of this annoying message?

Are you using smartsheet in a web browser? It sounds like the link to the removed workspace has been cached by your browser. Could you clear your browser history or bookmark the home page and use that url when you log in?

I agree with @KPH! 🙂
I would also suggest bookmarking the main app home page URL to log in to Smartsheet instead of typing it into your browser (and potentially having it auto-fill to a specific item).
Cheers,
Genevieve

Thank you both. I deleted my Smartsheet cookies and it worked like a charm the next time I logged. I appreciate this group!
