Download Existing Files after License Expiration

Hello,

Our license will be expiring in December 2023. Will our EXISTING FILES still be accessible FOR DOWNLOAD after our license expires? Thank you.

Hi @Gilbert Evangelista,

I know if your license expires you have read only access, I am unsure if this is limited to the 30 days that trial users get. Trial users data gets removed after 30 days if they do not take a license.

I have looked at some of the web pages on Smartsheet, but it is not clear to me whether the data can be downloaded.

Maybe someone from Smartsheet could assist with this question. They do have a contact form that can be completed if you do not get an answer in here.
