Report- conditional formatting

In a report, is there a way to apply conditional formatting? if so, how?

You have to do it at the sheet level. If you put your Report on a Dashboard, then you can decide if you want that Conditional Formatting to remain on or off. When editing in a Report, the Conditional Formatting doesn't happen until you save the Report, so making edits doesn't update Conditional Formatting real-time like it will in a Sheet.
