Automated Folder Moves

Could it be possible to create an automation that would permit moving of Child-Folders between Parent Folders. Including Grandchildren-Folders would really help out.

My example is that individual projects each have a folder, that then sits in a "Phase" folder, which then sits inside an Owning Division Folder.

Each Division's folder structure is a replica of the others.

I have 5 Owning Divisions and 6 Phases in each. I'd like for Phase changes to automatically move the project folder (grand-child) into the target folder based on any Division (Grandparent) and Phase (Parent) changes. Each Project has Division and Phase information in specific cells.
