"submit and open new form" option

Would be great to have an option that allows a forms user to complete a form and then begin a new submission for that same form. Right now you can hit the back button but then you have to overwrite all the previous answers.

You can set a form to allow a new entry as soon as the submission has gone through from the Settings tab:

Hi @Genevieve P. - If you select 'reload same form', it will do that for all entries. Is there any way to make 'complete another request' an option for the same form?

Hi @heather ryan No, there currently isn't a way to keep certain fields of a form filled in when reloading it for another entry.

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.

Would that work/help?
