I'm proud that I have managed more than 12 projects this year (compared to 2 projects last year). This is really beyond what I think my capacity was so this extended my knowledge and experience. A fast yet amazing and productive year indeed! Happy holidays!

I successfully convinced and supported three other departments on their Smartsheet journey and Smartsheet has become an integral part of their operations.

Accomplishments? OMG, there have been so many, I am a Project Analyst on a team of Project Managers and Specialists, they all have projects for me. And I have been loaded out to 3 other teams to assist them, I don't mid, I love the work and challenges. I have designed a CRAZY system in Smartsheet. The primary sheet is managed by another team, and while I have been able to add columns (to the end) in order to manage the automation, Metrics, Reports, Workflows and Dashboard... I do not have ANY control over their sheet or how they use it. OMG they DELETE content! Anyways, my sheet allows me to add ONLY a number (unique ID) to the list, and all the Index-Match formulas work on the Metrics, then to the Single Line Metrics, then to the Dashboard. It is Amazing! They were doing this manually for the dashboard before. I am so proud of this. It has remained functional, advises me of their deletions and duplicates so I know statuses.

This is a really great questions with wonderful answers from everyone. You all rock!

2021 & 2022 weren't good years for me as I had some medical issues that gave me a visual disability that I have been trying to adjust to. For me, I am most proud of the fact that I didn't let life's hiccup hold me back. I learned some more Smartsheet functionality, and while I am probably not as far advanced as others, I hope to grow some more in 2024 as my role has changed a little and it will allow me some flexibility to "test the waters."

I am also proud that I did quite a bit of travel this year (Slovenia, Italy, and Costa Rica). While it was extremely hot when I was in Slovenia and Italy, I loved them both and wouldn't change a thing.

May you all be proud of everything you did in 2023, and I hope you all have a prosperous 2024!

  • I started a new HR job in May 2023 and found out the new company was using Smartsheets. I had used it extensively in a prior company and was excited to bring my experience to my new team. Fast forward to today and somehow I became the company admin for Smartsheets and I am looking to expand our use in our HR team for more metrics and tracking - drawing from my prior job. Love being part of the early adopters program to see and provide feedback on all the new features and enhancements.

Becoming the Smartsheet guy for a very large Health care company! I get to be in Smartsheet all day everyday and provide solutions. My favorite thing is teaching new users and hearing the amazement when new users see what can be done.

One thing I would celebrate this year is starting my own side business as a Smartsheet Contractor. As a self-proclaimed Smartsheet geek, it was time to put myself out there. The thought of doing this wasn't new it just took getting laid off to push me off the bench.

I started this new venture in October this year. It has been a slow start, which is entirely on me and not focusing enough on my venture.

In 2024, my plan is to get my Smartsheet Certifications again. Yep, I let them slip by not doing any PDU.

Professionally, I am grateful to be a part of Community. To have met some wonderfully creative and brilliant people thru Smartsheet and all the new things I've learned this year.

Personally, my son got engaged this year and I'm looking forward to welcoming a new DIL to the family. ❤️

  • A Big Texas hello to all! I signed up for smartsheet this morning and do not have to many relative wins in this arena. Well, maybe not so. I signed up for almost every program offered and I am super psyched about it. Being a part of this community fills me with enthusiasm as I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals who share the same zest for life and curiosity about the world. Let's exchange stories, learn from the vast amount of experience respresented here and discover all the hidden gems!

While I am here, I'm going to give a shout out to @Arsineh for earning her Peak Human Nominee Badge last month.

Happy Holidays! 2024 is going to be OUTRAGEOUSLY FUN!!!

Professionally, I am particularly proud of finally finding a job I love with the most wonderful culture. There is nothing like loving life and having balance between work and home.

  • Very Proud & Grateful🤗. Most features that I had learned and developed some by myself in Smartsheet. I have contributes to Smartsheet user by developed several new formula & algorithm. I'm became subject matter expert when I develop and maintain all smartsheet tracker / report / dashboard for many departments in my company. It's more than 100+ tracker. Became multi-tasking person but enjoyable. One thing that I & maybe everyone in this community need, which is Auto delete row (in Automation feature). Its will be helpful because there's a lot of old data need to be moved from tracker to other tracker every time New year comes. Temporary solution, I create a few "Recycle Bin tracker" then delete data in there manually.

"Lets keep the momentum for next year" (2024)😉.
