We loved learning about what operating at your peak looks like for you, and now, we want to give you the opportunity to recognize and celebrate others, and earn cool badges as you do it 😉
The Operate at Peak Human campaign is a celebration of humanity. Recognize someone who does a great job in any facet whether it’s parenting or giving back to their community – take a minute to nominate them in the comments below.

I would like to nominate @David Sterkel. David's unwavering commitment to innovation and continuous improvement within the PMO and Tri Counties Bank is truly commendable. His work is a testament to his dedication and passion, and he certainly exemplifies what it means to operate at peak human capacity. His contributions have not only propelled the organization forward but also created a positive impact on the community. It's individuals like David who truly make a difference. He deserves to be recognized for his remarkable work!

I second @kowal's nomination of @Alison Clancy! In fact, having two hands, I'd like to second and third that nomination! One of the things I love about this Community is what I assume to be the global village that it is. I say 'assume' because in so many ways I love the fact that we don't know (or need to know) where we are in the world. That said, and likely a classic case of transference 🤔 being in the UK and working for a company where 99% of my daily interactions are with colleagues in the US and Canada, I often "feel" the separation. However, Alison has always made me feel like part of this global community without evening caring about my location - whether it comes to events, swag, etc. A true star!
I would also like to nominate @Andrée Starå, one of the first community members I engaged with in my Smartsheet journey. Andree is a class act - patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful and has a wonderful "teach how to fish instead of giving you a fish" approach which has made me a better Smartsheet user.
Finally, I'd like to give shout outs to @Mirelle Almeida and @Jessica Kamatam, two of my colleagues at Ceridian who I can't speak highly enough of. Mirelle and I worked together for just over 12 months in PMO and she embraces new challenges in a way that is inspiring - taking on new problems, learning new technologies (Smartsheet 0-to-60 in crazy speed!), and has always been a voice of reason (imagine the proverbial angels and devils on your shoulder 🙂. Jessica is a rockstar - open-minded with steely, quiet determination - the level of "crazy" she deals with everyday is on another level and she always delivers and does so with grace, humanity, and compassion.

I would like to nominate @Mary Vallianatos as a leader who embraced Smartsheet with an all hands in approach. Mary has supported the initiative to integrate Smartsheet based on my recommendations and supporting the efforts across the department

I would like to nominate @Ray Lindstrom who is my go-to for help whenever I get stuck. He's always willing to take the time to help others.

I would like to nominate @Candice Kwiatkowski for being an awesome person. She is always helpful, thoughtful, kind, and is a great listener when I come to her with SmartSheet questions as well as problems of the "rest of the work world." If there was a "Peak Everything"award, Candice should get it!

I would like to nominate 3 of my teammates for for the Peak Human badge. While everyone on the team uses Smartsheet, @Sarah Taylor , @Ashley Boere and @Marisa Almas are experts at finding ways to use the tools in innovative and creative ways.
With their solutions we have saved so much time for staff, error proofed processes and created amazing dashboards to share information to the organization. ⌚️🛑🤑

@Julie Fortney continues to spend almost all of her time helping others. From consulting with internal groups to build out custom solutions, to stopping what she's doing to help answer people's questions or make things more clear, Julie always has time for other people.
@Genevieve P. is another community legend. Her work to answer questions and keep posts updated for others who are looking for answers is invaluable.

I would like to nominate @Brian_Richardson. I found a presentation he made at an Overachievers meetup extremely useful and resonated with what I was trying at the time. When I pestered him for more details and advice afterwards, he was extremely forthcoming, and he's just an all-round good guy! I've stumbled across many useful posts on the Community pages, and when I see the author it's usually Brian. Kudos to Brian and his oracle-like knowledge of Smartsheet!

Both are methodical in approaching problems, consistent, and also I have watched them learn on one topic and immediately turn around and apply what they learned to other various problems.

I would like to nominate @Paul Newcome and my co-worker @Cassi for the Peak Human badge. I am nominating Paul because is a MASTER WiZARD with formulas and operates at Peak Human when it comes to all things Smartsheet. He has personally helped me by writing formulas for some of my solutions that are helping me take those to the next level. I am nominating Cassi as well because she is an awesome person and co-worker and I am so proud of how far she has come with her learning and her solutions that she has been creating using Smartsheet.
I would also like to nominate @Alison Clancy and @Maxwell Griffith - they are both amazing in everything they do with and for Smartsheet Community and us Smartsheet Overachievers and Overachievers Alumni. I am incredibly grateful for them and always love seeing them in person at ENGAGE as well as during any virtual meetups. I want to thank them both for helping me to achieve and operate at Peak Human.

I want to Nominate @Deanna Vandermeer for the peak Human Badge. Deanna has a huge heart and makes work amazing. She is always understanding, Caring, and giving to those around her. She engages with each person on a level of understanding to help them both at work and outside. She has created a love and enthusiasm for smartsheets in us all, and for that, I am so thankful.
I wish I could nominate every community member here because, without the community, we would not have such a huge impact on each other's learning. I love the comradery with each person who comes here and helps everyone with their questions!
