Form saved as a PDF
Hi, I have a form created (3 pages long) and would like to save it as a PDF.
Once I select 'Print/Save as PDF' it would save only the 1st page and usually the page layout is distorted.
Thanks!

Hey,
For this use-case you might need to check the feature of Document Builder, see: https://help.smartsheet.com/learning-track/smartsheet-advanced/document-builder
- Set-up a form - completed.
- Create / Find a .pdf file with editable fields.
- Map the empty fields with your column names.
I am actually planning to test this feature to automatically generate invoices. You can find a nice template set, named:

Hi,
Maybe it wasn't clear what I would like to do.
I have a form created. I'd like to make/convert to PDF of the form (3-page long) as an example.
No signatures are needed.
Currently, only the first page (1/3) is save as a PDF.
Thanks!

Hey @TaliRXM
Yes, I totally understand your use-case, the option I mentioned is more advanced to actually generate a pdf as per your page layout.
When it comes to basic export, have you modified scaling and selection attributes, see:
The option I mentioned below requires you to set up generate document, from row menu:
Upload you pdf format with fillable fields:
And then you set up placement of the information form your cells:
Having that, you can generate pdf for each and every row = completed form.
Thanks,

Thank you
Yes, I have modified the scale but the document is very small to fit on a page and then you need to enlarge it.
It is not the greatest solution and I hope Smartsheet will fix that.
Please forward this as a product enhancement request.
Thank you!
