Is it Possible to Duplicate Row and it's Sub Rows - Linking Data

Hello! I'm new to using SmartSheet, and I recently downloaded the Payroll Register Template. I'm curious if there's a way to duplicate a row along with all its sub-rows, and if so, could you provide guidance on how to achieve this??

Also wondering if there's a method to link it to a separate sheet where I've compiled a list of all employees into the Payroll Register Employee column. If this is possible, could you please provide guidance on how to set up this linkage?

Are you able to copy and paste the row below it or do you need a different solution?

In the separate sheet, you can use INDEX/MATCH to match certain columns with the Employee column if you need to link them.

If you copy the parent row, it will include the children automatically.
