Why is my form writing to my Smartsheet but leaving 40 or so rows blank?

I am getting all fields populated correctly but a huge number of rows left empty. It's making a right mess!

It's because the other rows are "activated." Try deleting them, and that should fix it.

@Andrée Starå thank you. Makes sense. I have a calculation based on submitted values to assign a score. I'm probably applying a calculation to ascribe a score based on the submitted value from the form and this is causing the issue.

Do you know of a way to avoid having to copy the calculation down the rows but still have someone submit a form and have the values scored? (e.g. Yes = 5, No = -2 etc).

If you have at least two rows before or after with the same pattern, the formulas should auto-populate, but you could also convert them to a column-formula.
