Reference multiple sheets and columns

I am trying to grab data from about 20 sheets to a totals sheet and will have 4 separate columns with different information. is there an easier way than referencing each sheet and column one at a. I have attached pictures of the totals sheet and what currently doing as well as a photo that shows an example of the data I am trying to reference
