Dropdown list in a sheet-column- how can I retrieve available values from another sheet?

Hello, I'm a beginner and I'm trying to understand how can I handle some "info masters" that will have to be used in dropdown list in several sheets\workspaces.

Which is the best way to have these "info masters" information updated only in a place?

A solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Data Shuttle.

Is that an option?
