Do you have a smartsheet with column headings in row 1 that you want to make into smartsheet column headings?
Taking something like this
Doing this
And making it look like this
If so, you could export the sheet into excel, delete the top row, and re-import, selecting the row you want as the column headings.
Step-by-step
File / Export / Export to Microsoft Excel
Open exported sheet in Excel
Delete the first row (the smartsheet column names)
Go back to smartsheet. Click Create (on the right of the screen)/Import/Import Microsoft Excel
Click on the row that contains your column headers
Done

I hope you're well and safe!
Not sure I follow! Can you elaborate?
Can you share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
