Loading attachments completes but then disappear when next go into plan


I have allowed access for documents to be uploaded as per below. When the attachment is uploaded it shows as complete and can go through the project and back and still available. However as you come out and go back in the attachments have disappeared.

Any advice on this please ?

    Can you clarify a few details:

    • Is this happening on every sheet, or just one specific sheet?
    • Do you have any move-row workflows on this sheet?
    • How are the attachments being added - manually or through a Form?
    • Is it possible that the Attachment column is hidden on a sheet? (right click - unhide all columns)

    If this hasn't helped, can you post a screen capture of what you're seeing on the sheet, first when the attachment is added, then afterwards when you exit and enter the sheet again (but block out sensitive data).
