Does anyone know if its possible to add section breaks or page break to a form?

I have a 60 question survey. I would like to group specific sections together. Do anyone know if its possible to create page breaks or section breaks within the form? I know we have dividers and headers but I was looking for a more noticeable separation to help respondents navigate and understand the structure.

You can't embed it. You'd have the next form loaded after submission of the previous one.

You select it in the form settings.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to have multiple pages or other breaks, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Using conditional logic, you could show the coming section when the previous one is completed.
• Have multiple forms and have them load when the previous one is submitted.

Would any of those options work/help?

@Andrée Starå Thank you so much for this. I do have a question. How do you embed a form? When I click the drop down list, it asks me to select a field/column. How do you get it to just open a new form?
