New user is unable to enter password.
When clicking on the ACCEPT option in invitaiton email, user is taken to screen to enter ID and password. User status info indicates that the invitation is still pending. Also, the user sees options to login via GOOGLE and APPLE. I have disabled these as we only allow MICROSOFT.
What might be causing this?

From the login screen, please have the user select the Reset Password link which will generate an email with a link to set a password in Smartsheet.
Once they log in, they'll see an option to Accept or Decline your invitation. After they've accepted, then your organization rules for login (Microsoft) will come into effect as they'll be a part of your plan!
