Changing ownership of a sheet when the owner no longer works here
Hello,
Is it possible to transfer ownership of a smartsheet to me when the owner no longer works with us and cannot do it since they do not have access?

If the individual in question was one of your listed users, you should be able to go to User Management, click the three dots and select the Transfer Owned Items... option. This will transfer all owned items for the user in question to a user of their choice.

this option says the user has no owned items. The new user management messed up this process and did not transfer any ownership. Now we have about 50 workspaces and more sheets with No Owner. No way to create publish links - since there is no owner, publishing the sheets for use in portals creates an error message instead of publishing the sheet.

Same here. Smartsheet is quickly becoming a massive burden compared to the zero burden it was four months ago.
