Workflow-Request an Update
I have several workflows set up to request an update or send a notification when there is a trigger. The update or notification is sent to the contact in a contact field. This works fine for some individuals, but I have a few that it does not work for. I have verified the email address for the contact.
1) Is there a way to see if notifications have been sent to a person, similar to how you can view updates? I have looked in the system log and can't find a record.
2) When I look in the logs, I see that one of the individuals having a problem receiving update notifications shows that he unsubscribed to an Automated workflow. It does not name the workflow that he unsubscribed from. Is there a way to identify the workflow and have him resubscribe?

That means he unsubscribed from this workflow.
If you duplicate the flow and delete the original that would in effect, re-subscribe everyone...
