Hi team
I have a scheduled reminder setup that goes out to the contacts when ac action is due.
I have setup "Send from my organization' via Smartsheet as the sender. So these messages are received From: "Org name"via Smartsheet <automation@app.smartsheet.com>
However, when the contact replies to these reminders, they come to my email ID. (Because I am the owner of the sheet)
Is it possible that the responses are directed to a specific department ID which I share in the reminder message.
