How do I reset the calendar template?

I am trying to re-use the annual calendar template I've used this past year for 2024. Is there a way to reset it or get rid of all the data I've added into? It would not let me use a fresh template because I already have one in use, so it made me save a new copy. I have a lot of information on it and it would take me a long time to update it all accurately and manually. Here is the link to the template: https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/us/templates/annual-calendar-day.

    Happy to help!

Unfortunately, you'll have to start over or download the template again/make a new copy, and if you're going to do the same, I recommend developing it as a template now so you can update it more easily using helper columns/formulas next time.

    Hi @barysha

I hope you're well and safe!

You can change the date at the top and then manually delete everything.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Have a fantastic week & Happy Holidays!

    Hello Andrée,

Unfortunately it does not change all the dates. Since I started using this template, I have added hundreds of rows and changed many existing dates manually. So when I change the year at the top I'm still left with a great amount of 2023 dates, as well as missing 2024 dates. I could manually delete everything but that would take a while and I would need to create any 2024 missing dates.

Is there no way to reset the template or just make another fresh copy? If not, I will export my data to an Excel doc and delete the entire template so I can start over.

    Thank you and happy holidays,

    Barysh
