I have created a workflow and I want it to be apply a request approval function when a Column A is checked, under certain conditions (see screenshot below).

However, when I run the workflow, I receive an approval request for all the items within the conditions NOT when column A is checked.

I want the workflow to run for just items where column A is checked but it seems to be ignoring this.... please help.

Hi @Dell

Why don't you also "add another condition" where the function is InfoSec to have where Column A is checked.

That way it will only send the approval when both those conditions are met.

If you're running it manually, it ignores the triggers.

• Manually running a workflow bypasses all trigger criteria but respects workflow conditions.
