Automation Sending 6 notifications after approval to user.

Hi

I have created a holiday process for my team in Smartsheets in which the following is supposed to happen

1) User fills in form for their holiday

2) it comes through for approval

3) manager approves

4) Email notification is sent to HR and original user if approved.

The issue im having is that after the approval (step 3) the user will get six notification emails for the same approval, even though it was only approved once.

Strange! Do you have multiple Workflows in the sheet?
