I dont know if this is the right channel to do this, but we really need some help. I am sharing a sheet whith my boss and although he already got it, he sees the sheet in blanck, zero info.

His permisso is as an editor.

Is there we are missing?

What do you see in your copy?

Are you sure he is accessing the correct one?

Can you see that he accessed it in the activity log?
