How can I change the colour of the progress section of the task bar?

I can see that I can change the colour of the whole task bar in conditional formatting but I only want to change the colour of the progress part for the whole sheet. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
