Is it possible to have a dynamic view embedded within a dashboard open with a preset filter?

I have a number of dynamic views in a dashboard. Each of these dynamic views has defined shared filters, however when the dashboard refreshes the filters are turned off. They are still defined, but the user need to choose the filter. How can the filter "stick" when the dashboard is refreshed? Thanks, Sara

I would set the "Restrict view by sheet filter" to set what rows of Dynamic View a Dashboard user sees.

The first dynamic view in the demo dashboard below has only dynamic view filters, whereas the second restricts views by sheet filter (Category= Environment only)

Dynamic Views restrict view by the current user (Level 1 Approver), but you will see all the filtered rows as the dashboard is published.

@jmyzk_cloudsmart_jp - thank you. I see the option to filter by sheet filter in the dynamic view set up panels, but it isn't letting me select a filter. I've gone through several save / refresh cycles. Do I need to build a dynamic view from scratch rather than editing an existing one with a sheet filter? Thanks, Sara

When I deleted the filters in my sheet, I got this.

@jmyzk_cloudsmart_jp - I do have a filter on my sheet and what I see is below. I've turned the filter on and off, deleted it and added it and still get the same thing. hmmm?

Just discovered that the above didn't work because, while I'm the owner of the sheet, I am not the owner of the dynamic view. Thank you very much!
