Workflow - Notification vs. Email
Hello! I have two workflows set up that are working for all but one team member. For one, it's not working at all; for the other, it is only showing up in their Notifications Panel (on the Smartshee website) vs. via Email. Any insight into why this is happening, as well as how to correct it?

If the workflow is executing for some on the list, there are only a few things that could be causing the issue. For the one not seeing it at all, I would have them check their profile to make sure the login is matching the email in the workflow. It would be possible for someone to have multiple accounts with multiple email addresses.
For the individual who sees the notifications in their notifications panel my guess is that the emails are being filtered out by a filter on their mailbox.
