Is there a way to add attachments to specific lines in multiple different work spaces?

We have multiple workspaces for different locations that are identical that we have a attach forms to and instead of doing them each individually, is there a way to do it once but to all worksheets?

You would need to leverage the API to accomplish this.

Can you possibly explain more as I am newer to Smartsheets? I opened the API Access and can generate a new token. What is this going to do?

You will need to basically write a "program" or code. The token is going to be used within the code. Here is the documentation on what can and cannot be done via API as well as some sample code.
