Linking rows as they are copied to other sheets.

I have 3 sheet across 3 different departments. first being the master sheet where the majority of information is collected. as selections are made in certain columns the row is copied to other sheets. Is there a way to link entire rows together so when attachments or other cells are filled in on 2nd and 3rd sheet, the original row is updated with the added information and attachments?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now for attachments, but depending on specifics, it could probably work for the rest of the information, but it's an excellent idea!
