Auto-Refresh Reports (similar to Dashboards View)

I have noticed that auto-refresh of a report is not currently available. Would it be possible to add feature similar to settings in Dashboards -> VIew -> Auto-Refresh. This would be ideal since we want to also share the status from a report on a display for our teams to see in real time.
