Pull-down values list does not list all options

Hello,

When create a filter for a particular column Smartsheet creates a pull-down list with the values so I don't have to keep typing in the same thing over and over again. The problem is, the pull-down list does not include all values and lists some that are no longer in use. Is there a way to get it to show all values that are in use?

Hi @TTSchiller,

If I understand your question correctly, you have a column that is a "Dropdown List" column type, that has a list of values to choose from. To update the Dropdown List, double click on your column header and update the "Values" Section. You'll be able to remove the Values that are no longer in use and add values that are not in the list.
