Lost sheets on original trial - new trial created to same email address

I started a trial on my personal laptop with my work email. And created several sheets. I had login details saved in the chrome browser for that trial on that laptop.
Now I have my work laptop and tried to have access to that same trial, so I can see the sheets I created. But for some reason it has created a new trial to that same work email address, it has 30 days again. And I am not able to see the sheets I created.
How can I get the sheets back?

Is it possible that you may have created a Trial on two different versions of Smartsheet, but with the same email address?
For example, the EU Region version of Smartsheet vs. the US version?
- Here's the US login page: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home
- Here's the EU login: https://app.smartsheet.eu/b/home
I would check to see if you have .com or .eu in your URL, then try signing in to the other version to find your sheets.

Yes that was the issue! I now have my sheets back on the EU version. Thanks so much, that saved me a lot of time recreating them!
