Adding Attachment in a Form and Request Acknowledgement

Hi There,

I would like to send a form with attachments and the receiver of the form is able to review and select "acknowledge". Does Smartsheet have this functionality? Thanks.

Thanks for replying.

But I think update request functionality will not work under this scenario, since the receiver is the ones outside the organization and without permission to Smartsheet, but I need his/her acknowledgement for consent when the receiver submit the form.

As long as your permission allows it, you can send the Update Request to anyone.
