Greetings All,

I have a sheet that in one block, I have several names to choose from. I am looking for a way to automate an email to the specified trainer(s) when their name is selected. Is this possible?

Yes, with a workflow, either by changing the list to contacts, having the contacts tied to the name selected in the workflow, or by using a directory that collects the email for the contact so it's used in the alert.

Hi Andrée,

We are on the same page. I have 14 trainers in a verticle checklist. I am looking to send a copy of the sheet to the selected trainers and a group of Admins. The Admin part I have already configured. I cannot find how to associate an email address with an individual in the pick list.
