Dashboard Graph Numerical Increments

It would be beneficial for visual purposes as well as reporting to be able to change the numeric increments on the graphs. There are multiple graphs on one dashboard and the numeric increments for each graph are different, for consistency we would like for them to all be the same increments, please see the screenshot below:

@CaraBart28 it "looks" like the two regions have exactly the same workload. That's what you mean?

A very "un-elegant" work around is to add a thirteenth column which you can add a fixed maximum value, like "Target maximum reports" or "Maximum acceptable reports before heads will roll" (rename as desired;)

@spauliszyn I am referring to the incremental values on the left vertical axis. It would be beneficial to be able to manually set those values if desired as you are able to do in excel, please see the screenshot provided:
